We happily accept returns of unopened games purchased through www.foodtruckracegame.com within 30 days of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email info@foodtruckracegame.com within 30 days of purchase, cite your order number in the subject of the email. We work with 3rd party distributors in multiple continents to coordinate returns. Please expect delays.

Damaged games or missing parts:

For games damaged during shipping (external damage) please take a photograph of the unopened shipping box, AND the unopened/unwrapped game. Send both photos with order number to info@foodtruckracegame.com. Damages must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

For games damaged from unknown origin (internal damage) please take a photograph of the damaged pieces (in their entirety) and send photo with order number to info@foodtruckracegame.com. Damages must be reported within 14 days of delivery or we cannot guarantee

For games shipped with missing parts, please email info@foodtruckracegame.com within 14 days of delivery and we will work quickly to send you replacement parts at no cost to you.
